GraphicConverter 11.6 !FREE!
Lemke Software hat heute ein Update für den GraphicConverter vorgelegt. Die neue Version 11.6.1 der Software zur Bildbearbeitung, -konvertierung und -organisation wartet mit einer Vielzahl an Neuerungen und Verbesserungen auf. Die Unterstützung für OS X El Capitan und macOS Sierra wurde eingestellt.

Folgende Neuerungen bietet der GraphicConverter 11.6.1 nach Herstellerangaben (Auswahl): "Effekt: Weichzeichnen: Box, Gauss, Disc, Bokeh. Import von ORFs der OM-1. Import von DCS EPS verbessert. Unterstützung für OneDrive verbessert. Import von GEM Image verbessert. Batch-Aktion: Korrektur des Horizonts. Batch-Aktion: Horizontale automatische Korrektur. Automatischer Beschnitt mit Option Schwarz/Weiß. Browser/Diaschau: Sortierung nach ISO, ISO & F Number, F Number & ISO.
Occasionally, and infrequently, a Magic Trackpad 2 will become unresponsive, and warning that it has become disconnected will be shown on screen. I have not yet experienced this in 10.11.6, but others have, so it still seems to occur.
The features available in the Energy Saver pane of System Preferences are inconsistent between Macs, and incomplete, for example not providing a separate control slider for system sleep on some hardware. Further details are here. These remain in 10.11.6 just as in 10.11.2 to 10.11.5.
On some recent iMacs at least, Power Management ignores any setting to not put hard drives to sleep: when system sleep occurs, the hard drive in an internal Fusion Drive is always put to sleep, regardless of the drive sleep setting. This is detailed here, and has been present in 10.11.4 and 10.11.6.
Some users report that audio output devices attached via USB will spontaneously disconnect, with audio output reverting to internal speakers. This appears to relate to a bug in the USB audio output driver, and I do not yet know whether this has been fixed in 10.11.6.
Installed Apple X El Capitan 10.11.6 on 7/26/16 on my 2012 iMac 27. It did NOT fix the freezing problem I was experiencing since I installed El Capitan 10.11.5. My machine continues to freeze at a fairly regular period of 50 to 55 system operating hours after a previous restart. Restart is required to get machine to access internet connected apps such as Chrome, Apple Mail, Safari, ect., even though Network diagnostics indicates that all network connections are working normally after the system freezes.
Thank you for that report: I am very sorry for you. So far on this iMac 27 2015 (iMac17,1) things are looking better.Are there any MacBook Pro users who suffered freezes before 10.11.6 who can indicate whether it has made any difference to their problems, please?Howard.
I have a MacBook Pro (13-inch, Mid 2012) and running 10.11.6. It consistently freezes when I put it to sleep for an extended time. That is, restart fails. I typically run with my external backup disk disconnected so I tried turning Time Machine off just before sleep and that solved the problem.
OS X 10.11.6 Security Update 2016-001 is more than just a security update. In 414 MB, it includes Bluetooth and other patches which may address some of these bugs. Further details are here: -x-security-update-2016-001-it-is-really-os-x-10-11-6-1/Howard.
After installing 10.11.6 the desktop, downloads, applications, user icons are gone. I deleted the plist and restarted and still no icons. Trying to attach a file from my desktop in Apple mail is impossible since there is no desktop icon on which to click! These icons are missing everywhere!
Thanks for your suggestion. I could start the Mac on SAFE mode as suggested by you. It did not solve my problem. I have now downloaded 10.11.6 Combo version 1.4 GB from Apple site. I would also like to inform you that i have MAC mouse. though it shows connected on bluetooth,I do not see any sensor light at the bottom. Therefore can it be a hard ware problem? I will wait for your suggestion before trying with the downloaded Combo software.
I put the recharged battery 100percent charge. This didi not help.Next i tried to install the combo update 10 .11.6. I get a message that update can not be installed on this disk.This volume does not meet the requirements for this update.I have more than 142 GB empty space on this 1TB disc. What Next???
i installed 10.11.6 yesterday and now my built in trackpad (mouse) is running amuck. It is like it is possessed- moving erratically and opening files and applications, closing and opening internet windows. I thought maybe I had been hacked but after checking was not. The curser even changed from the small black arrow to a large arrow. I have shut down, restarted, performed the hardware test, reset PRAM and SMC but the problem persists. Wish I could roll back but unfortunately did not backup system. I tried to re-install 10.11.5 but the system would not allow me to install the previous version. I was going to try to install either mavericks or yosemite since i have the programs but have not tried yet. I am currently using the apple bluetooth trackpad which seems to be working fine. I have a MacBook Pro (Retina, early 2013). Do you have any ideas on what my next steps could or should be? Thank-you
Just bought the brand new Mac Pro with OS X El Capitan 10.11.6. Installed the new security update and have lost use of some of the Adobe programs. Audio is also out. My co-worker has no use of his Adobe programs. He has tried uninstalling and reinstall, still getting Error message 16. I have gotten that message on my Mac as well , and InDesign notifying me that it is out of memory. When I hit OK images started disappearing off of the document. When I googled this problem, I found out that El Capitan had these bugs in their updates. This is still happening in 10.11.6? We are currently disabled, there has to be a fix? 041b061a72
