With your entry:

 

• Your work will be shot by multiple photographers with a LIVE DJ and MC host!

• You will receive a professional headshot

• A Promo Video

• BTS Deck 

• Entry to "Best of" contest judged by photographers ($$$ Prize) 

• Promotion on MANE Mob social media and website. 

 

 

     Each showcasee/team is responsible to sell a total of (20) $25 tickets which is a $500 value. A non-refundable $100 deposit will be required to lock in your spot.  Paper tickets are available for up front purchase. Every person including showcasees and models must have tickets to enter the event. If the 20 tickets are not sold the showcasee will pay the the balance at CHECK IN. Tickets can be bought online through your ticket link and the door. Each patron will be asked what artist they are there to see. If any ticket sales come in after check in a refund can be issued at CHECK OUT. Have your team, models, and supporters purchase tickets by selecting your name (or your team name) in the dropdown box at checkout.)

Artist Check in is at 6:00pmCST SHARP if you are late, you will miss your headshots. You will meet with our host and the photographers about your goals for the shoot. We will also choose the run of show on a first come first serve basis or if you reach out and let us know if you prefer earlier or later in the rotation.

Each showcasee/team is allowed up to two (2) models

All models and showcasees must arrive no later than 6:30 pm. Model prep should be done offsite with the exception of light touchups onsite. BTS footage will be filmed in the prep area on the mezzanine level. Only Artists, assistants and models will be allowed in the prep area. (wrist bands will be provided) 

 

You will be given a location to store your touch up tools. Please limit the amount of extra items brought by models and participants because the prep area space is limited.

The first stylist will be introduced at 8:00pm SHARP.

Our host, will introduce you (or your team) and your model(s) will then start shooting with photographer #1 directly followed by photographer #2. There will be the MANE mob MUG SHOT back drop and lights set up to capture images on your own for your immediate use. Participants are welcomed to take their own photos as well.

 

You will receive your image gallery within 14 days of the event. We can connect you directly to the photographers for additional edits. You are welcome to edit the raw images to your liking. You also own the rights to the images and can be used on any media outlets you choose.
