With your entry:


  • Your work will be shot by multiple photographers with a LIVE DJ and MC host!

  • A coaching session to talk through your goals for the shoot with our host (social media content, getting published, entering competitions, education promotion.)

  • Behind the scenes content of the showcase

  • Entry to "Best of" contest judged by photographers




Terms and Conditions:


Each showcasee/team is responsible to sell a total of 20 $20 tickets which is a $400 value. A $200 deposit will be taken in exchange for 10 $20 paper tickets. Additional paper tickets are available for up front purchase. Every person including showcasees and models must have tickets to enter the event. If the 20 tickets are not sold before November 17th, 2019 at 10 pm, the showcasee will pay the balance before checking out from the event. A credit card will be placed on file for any remaining balances prior to the event. Tickets can be bought at the door and online and each patron will be asked what artist they are there to see.

Each showcasee/team is allowed up to two (2) models

All models and showcasees must arrive no later than 6:30 pm.



Style LIVE takes place on November 17th, 2019.


Check in is at 6:30 SHARP if you are late, you will miss your headshots. You will meet with our host and the photographers about your goals for the shoot. We will also choose the run of show on a first come first serve basis or if you reach out and let us know if you prefer earlier or later in the rotation. Model prep should be done offsite with the exception of light touchups onsite. BTS footage will be filmed in the prep area mezzanine level. 


All coats must be checked in to the coat check and you will be given a location to store your touch up tools. Please limit the amount of extra items brought by models and participants because the prep area space is limited.

The first stylist will be introduced at 8:00pm SHARP.

Our host, Chris Curse will introduce you (or your team) and your model(s) will then start shooting with the photographer #1 directly followed by photographer #2. There will be a 3rd back drop and lights set up to capture images on your own for your immediate use. Participants are welcomed to take their own photos as well.


You will receive your image gallery within 14 days of the event. At that time you will pick what images you would like edited. One (1) edit per photographer per model is included, and we can connect you directly to the photographers for additional edits. Once your image gallery is sent you have 5 days to pick your edits or your top photos will be chosen for you by our coach Chris Curse. 


Doors open at 8:00pm for the general public, but participants are expected to be there at 6:30 for check in. Models are expected to be there before 7:00 pm for prep and set up.
